I love connecting with the place I am at that moment. Paying attention to the people walking the streets, the birds singing their songs, the trees swaying in the wind.
I have been exploring as long as I can remember. Growing up I used to ride my bike to the playground to meet up with my friends where we would play explorers, discovering new land. My family would go to the lake often. There we would go camping, fishing, swimming, and of course, lots of exploring.
Now, when I explore, I connect with nature and learn more about trees, plants, bugs, and what lives in that area. Nature is my peaceful space where I can go to clear my head, get creative, or let go of stress. Exploring alone can be nerve-wracking for many but for me, it is freeing. Don’t worry I love to explore with friends and family too.
Exploring is not just for on land.
December 2019, my family and I took a trip to Grand Cayman. There we experienced some amazing snorkeling and underwater experiences of our life.
